Differences Between Wafer and Lug Type
- Wafer Type: It is mounted by being squeezed between two flanges. It is more economical but cannot be used as an end-of-line valve.
- Lug Type: It is bolted to the line thanks to the ears on its body. It provides sealing even if one side of the line is emptied during maintenance.
